Cyrillic decoder

If you have received a message that should be in cyrillic but is unreadable, try using the universal cyrillic decoder. This program will automatically recognize the original encoding and will transform the text back to a readable one. The author of this program is Petko Yotov, who is also the author of the latin-cyrillic virtual keyboard.
